The Photo Content Coordinator will bein charge of photo content of all products (clothing, equipment and shoes) forall flyers and all banners.
What you'll do
Perform research work in collaboration with various stakeholders (buyers, analysts, suppliers) to collect photos required for marketing initiatives;
Harmonize the photo content of products and ensure their accuracy within the set deadlines, while maintaining a level of high quality;
Import photos into the content management system and verify their quality and consistency;
Crop photos for online use;
Manage the handling of samples and follow-up to the end of project, from reception to return of products to the purchasing department;
Check and approve processed photo list for billing;
Collaborate with other members of marketing and purchasing teams to ensure consistency and respect delivery deadlines;
Provide advertising marketing production coordinators with relevant information e.g. # of photos;
Work closely with internal and external partners on content production and the content management tool for product photos;
Visit stores to collect samples to be photographed, when necessary;
Develop various work tools to facilitate the production and organization of content for platforms.

What you bring
College or University degree in Graphic Arts or related field;
Demonstrate a good knowledge of digital photo techniques;
Proficiency in graphic design;
Own a car;
Experience in e-commerce an asset;
Demonstrate a high level of autonomy;
Ability to work on more than one project at a time;
Knowledge of Excel, Word and Adobe (Photoshop);
Strong organizational and priority management skills;
Collaborate with other departments and have excellent interpersonal skills
