If the answer is YES, WE have a role for you. We are looking for an office manager to join the team of a creative consultancy company at their Downtown Toronto location, and support the senior management using your expertise, and problem solving skills.

In this role as an office manager you wearing different hats while working with senior management as well as liaising with different internal and external stakeholders and will be making important judgments.

  • What YOU will be doing as an Office Manager :

  • Providing constant and efficient support to the senior partners
  • Arranging and Coordinating dynamic and complex calendar requirements and travel arrangements for the partners
  • Monitoring the expense reports of the partners
  • Working in a constantly changing and fast paced environment
  • Managing the relationships with external vendors and suppliers
  • Liaising with different vendors, negotiating the prices i.e. vendor management
  • Maintaining the supply of office inventories and facilities i.e. facilities management
  • Initiating and maintaining relationships with the service providers to ensure the safety of the premises
  • Organizing and Coordinating various company events
  • Reporting any maintenance issues that arise and liaising with the service providers to resolve the same
  • Providing support to the Human Resource Manager and the finance team whenever the need arises
  • Other Adhoc duties are required
  • What YOU bring to the table :

  • 5+ years experience as an office manager / project manager is a MUST
  • Excellent working proficiency with MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive can-do attitude and calm demeanor
  • Able to think strategically and make important judgements under minimal supervision
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to execute and complete tasks before the deadline approaches
