Position Summary :
Assists in the implementation and administration of retirement and pension programs in Canada and US. Consult with and advise employees on eligibility for pension, 401k and other savings plans.
Ensures retirement programs are in compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Liaise with vendors and consultants to ensure programs are delivered as designed.

Required Skills & Abilities :
Education Preferred : Business Diploma (Human Resources)
Education Required : Business Degree (Human Resources)
Experience Required : 3-5 years’ experience with benefit & pension administration in Canada. Experience with US benefits and pensions is a plus
