The mall positions with Paladin Security Fort McMurray requires a skill combination of superior customer service, consistent productive self-
supervision, team work as applicable, attention to detail and the willingness to learn and adapt to any situation that may arise.
Our officers are in a role where a leadership example is expected to be set. This position is a high profile position and the officers selected for the task must understand their role.
The officers are responsible for frequent conversation with mall staff and public while they make their rounds. The officer will have the capacity to lead by example and a positive image is a must.
The dress and deportment of our officer must be of the utmost importance at all times. The mall officers duties are outlined as : Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment, Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances, Evict violators, Take accurate notes, Report in detail any suspicious incidents, Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter, Watch alarm systems or video cameras, Ensure the security, safety and well-
being of all personnel, visitors and the premises, Provide excellent customer service, Adhere to all company service and operating standards, Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers, Protect the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues, Report any issues to supervisor less
