Your missions will be :
Key user animation & training
Build & animate a network of Key Users within the operations inside your perimeter (challenge proposed profiles)
Elaborate / Update Training strategy and organize regular training courses
Organize webinars for the operations and animate training campaigns as part of our global team of experts
Implement Key Users governance within your perimeter
Operational Excellence & Control
Address operational excellence leveraging our Transport Management System (TMS Cargowise One) and more broadly the digital solutions at your disposal
Assess any local compliance needs (customs), propose an appropriate solution and deploy it within operations
Transform needs from the Key Users, management and other functions into a process with an end to end view while respecting our core processes
Challenge needs and organization and propose solutions
Pilot operational KPI with operations managers and branch managers and propose a plan of actions in case of deviation (process, organization, training )
Ensure operational efficiency, process documentation & coordination with overseas branches
Implement core processes within your perimeter
Propose adjustments to better match local usages
Be responsible for analysis and improvements measures
Drive associated change requests & follow up on results
Act as project manager when necessary
For selected global improvement projects, act as the project manager for the group (implement governance, follow up, implement & measure KPI, alert )
Solutions Management
Support level 2 of Cargowise One using incidents management system
Define client specific processes when EDI / Reporting are in place (Live by Clasquin) and set up Cargowise One and Live by Clasquin accordingly
Deliver associated documentation to ensure proper transition of these processes to the end-users (Training & Support)
Define and promote standards for data, solutions & governance
Ensure follow-up & monitoring
Test new releases
Review new functionalities and propose deployment / activation
