We are currently recruiting for the following position :

Bellperson (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities :

The successful candidate will contribute to the overall success of the hotel by providing superior guest services and completing specialized tasks.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) : greeting and assisting guests and visitors promptly with the highest level of service;

retrieving and delivering luggage to and from guest rooms in a friendly and professional manner; orienting guests to all hotel facilities, services and outlets;

liaising with the Security and Front Desk Departments to stay informed of all issues concerning the safety and security of our guests and our property;

and assisting in emergency response.

Qualifications :

Excellent opportunity for an energetic, self-motivated individual, with minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a dynamic environment.

Candidate must have exceptional guest service and communication skills, strong attention to detail, proven organizational abilities, and be physically able to lift and carry heavy luggage.

Minimum Grade 12 education required, additional languages are an asset. Candidates must possess a BC Driver's License in good standing, and be able to drive both standard & automatic transmission vehicles.

Flexibility in shifts is essential, as evening, overnight, weekend and public holiday shifts will be required.
