A Gallery Optimization Project Coordinator supports the planning and implementation of processes that are inspirational, support business optimization and provide service to our Gallery teams.

A Gallery Optimization Project Coordinator is personable, open to learning, collaborates well with others and has a positive attitude.

This Project Coordinator works within a highly functioning team environment and is a self-starter. The Gallery Optimization Project Coordinator will support multiple projects concurrently.

Teamwork is required in the development, coordination and implementation of projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote and support efficient and cost-effective operations in our Galleries.
  • Provide a high level of service to our Galleries to support their operational needs.
  • Collaborate with Distribution Center, Transportation and third-party vendors.
  • Identify, recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain a budget and handle invoices from multiple vendors.
  • Support the Operations team as needed.
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to work independently and prioritize multiple objectives in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on process improvement.
  • Organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage deadlines.
  • Creative problem solving and innovative approaches to Gallery needs.
  • Passion for improving business operations.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, Google Forms / Docs
  • Computer skills - proficient in Mac
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Retail experience is a plus.
