Overview : TELUS Digital is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Customer Service Excellence Leadership Excellence Program team.
Reporting into the CSE Leadership Excellence Program Manager, you will be accountable for the business analysis, strategic direction and performance of the program through all phases of delivery.
You will measure the program’s success, proactively drive enhancements using data, and report on learning stats for each VP group within CSE.
You will contribute to solution strategies based on business needs in supporting programs and roadmaps. Your skillset must incorporate thought leadership and the ability to tie the data into driving the strategic vision story for the program.

Read on. Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together! As a Senior Business Analyst for the CSE Leadership Excellence program, you will leverage your strong analytical skills to drive efficiencies for this new and exciting program
You will use your strong analytical skills and proven delivery track record to plan, execute, and deliver on complex, transformational initiatives
Your ability to collaborate across business units and with key stakeholders, as well to develop strong partnerships with business leaders, will be critical in helping us deliver on our objectives
You will successfully contribute to the launch of robust solutions, by identifying the cost benefit analysis, economic / ease modeling and planning and implementation support
You will contribute to the program’s success by using your stellar data scientist skills to analyze and report results, assess needs and recommend appropriate enhancements to drive the CSE LE vision
You thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment that is very rarely black and white
You have the ability to create the bookends to the 'data story' vs capturing data based on requests asked from the program team or respective LOB primes
You will manage onboarding / adding / removing members (user files and SAP) and SSO configurations
You are confident in collaborating with and presenting to stakeholders at varying levels of seniority inside and outside of the organization

What YOU Bring :
You will have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Analysis
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of analysis experience leading multiple projects from start to finish
You will have a solid understanding of telecommunication operations
You have a passion for learning & leadership development
You use professional concepts in accordance with company objectives to solve complex problems in creative and effective ways where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors which may not be immediately identifiable
It’s a given that you will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to present information to all levels of the organization
It’s important that you demonstrate working knowledge of project management methodologies, principles and practices, as well as good analytic skills and attention to details
