Our private sector client is looking for Administrative Assistants to work in their offices within the Greater Edmonton Area.
These are excellent contract opportunities for up to 2 months.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the calendar of a Senior Manager
Create and edit documents using MS Word
Track expenses using MS Excel
Answer telephone and direct calls
Book travel arrangements
Book meetings and make all necessary arrangements
Qualifications and Experience
Must have :
Ability to use MS Outlook to manage a calendar and book meetings
Ability to create simple spreadsheets using MS Excel
Ability to use MS Word to create documents and mail outs
2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant
Nice to have :
Ability to use common functions in MS Excel
Experience using online travel booking tools
