Our private sector client is looking for Administrative Assistants to work in their offices within the Greater Edmonton Area.

These are excellent contract opportunities for up to 2 months.

Our client is a vibrant, dynamic organization that is in the private sector. We have on-going contract requirements for experienced Administrative Assistants.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the calendar of a Senior Manager
  • Create and edit documents using MS Word
  • Track expenses using MS Excel
  • Answer telephone and direct calls
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Book meetings and make all necessary arrangements
  • Qualifications and Experience

    Must have :

  • Ability to use MS Outlook to manage a calendar and book meetings
  • Ability to create simple spreadsheets using MS Excel
  • Ability to use MS Word to create documents and mail outs
  • 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Nice to have :

  • Ability to use common functions in MS Excel
  • Experience using online travel booking tools
