What You Will Do
In this role you will be ensuring the smooth operations of Road Service Call Centre operations. This is completed through efficiencies in process and ensuring key performance indicators are met across all teams.
You will be responsible for managing all call data and reporting as well as performance of the Road Service supervisors and associates.
You will be coaching, mentoring and developing a supervisor leadership team that will promote a high performing culture throughout the department.
