The person in this function will have to receive product orders. He or she will have to communicate regularly with certain departments, branches and suppliers in order to ensure effective and efficient exchanges by the department.

Job description

  • Receipt of orders by various departments
  • Communication and negotiation with suppliers for all merchandise returns
  • Daily order management and monitoring
  • Maximize orders to minimize costs
  • Organize and manage product inventory
  • Receipt of the merchandise, unpack it, validate it, verify the price and send it to the right department
  • Provide security and access to the warehouse
  • Any other warehouse related task
  • Personal attributes

  • A good knowledge of simple calculus
  • Fluency in basic spoken and written French and English. Required skills
  • Concern and pride in a job well done
  • Ability to execute quickly
  • Have negotiation skills
  • Acquired ability to effectively manage daily priorities
  • Knowing how to use judgment and projecting a professional image
  • Have the will and the ability to work in a harmonious team
