  • The Customer Experience Specialist (CES) will be responsible for inbound account management calls from our residential customers.

    The CES may also be requested to assist with outbound related calling within the department. The Customer Experience Specialist will be working from home on a full-time basis with the expectations of coming into the office approximately 10% of the time for training, coaching, team building exercise.

    HERE’S SOME MORE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :

  • Receive inbound calls from customers regarding the services and billing;
  • Provide excellent support to customers, handle inquiries, ensure a resolution is provided;
  • Complete changes to account with accuracy;
  • Meet quality assurance requirements and key performance metrics;
  • Explain products and services to new and existing customers and the potential value-added.
  • HERE ARE THE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROL E :

    Your education and experience

  • High School Diploma or Post-Secondary education is an asset;
  • 1- 2 year of call center experience;
  • Proprietary account management and ordering software;
  • MS Office;
  • Various software and web-based tools.
  • REQUIREMENTS AND MUST HAVE

  • DSL / Cable high-speed internet;
  • A personal computer with monitor, speakers and anti-virus software (PC must be running Windows 8 or newer);
  • Subscription to a high-speed internet connection (proof provided via fast or speedtest);
  • A webcam for team meetings and ongoing training;
  • Home offices are required to be hazard free, private, personal space and quiet; video tour of space may be required.
  • SCHEDULING AND TRAINING

  • Must be able to work Monday to Friday between 8 am and 9 pm and Saturday and Sunday between 9 am and 5 pm;
  • Must be Fluently Bilingual in French and English.
