We are looking for an to join our Sales team in our Calgary, AB office. The Account Coordinator, under the supervision of the Business Development Manager, is responsible for providing administrative support to the Account Management Team and will coordinate, organize and prioritize activities and tasks as an integral member of the team.

The Account Coordinator will also manage day-to-day interaction with QUANTUM customers, including but not limited to account setup, facilitating inbound shipments and providing required documentation and reporting.

Job Duties :

  • Manage assigned Customer accounts and act as a day-to-day liaison for the clients
  • Coordinate customer drop-offs and pick-ups
  • Assist and Annexes for new and existing clients
  • Assist with preparation of Customer Quotes as required
  • Prepare Customer Settlements and associated documents for Finance to generate invoicing / payments
  • Prepare customers volume / environmental reporting
  • Assist with preparation of Customer Service Level Agreements, SOWs, contract renewal, along with QUANTUM Account Managers, Sales Leads, Operations, Finance.
  • 2. Ensure Operations teams have been provided with processing instructions and all customer specific requirements are met

  • Engage with QUANTUM Team members where required, to ensure fast and accurate responsiveness to Customers and ensure Customer satisfaction
  • Clearly communicate any Customer dissatisfaction or potential quality issues internally and escalate it where appropriate for swift resolution.
  • 3.Maintain and update client records; communicate, monitor, and ensure proper service set up within assigned portfolio.

  • Create and Issue certificates of destruction and shipping summaries to clients as needed Perform new account setup in QUANTUM systems
  • Assist with organizing and scheduling collection events, special programs, etc. as required
  • Qualifications & Abilities :

  • Post-secondary education in Accounting or Office Administration
  • 3-5 years’ experience, working in sales and office administration. experience E-waste or manufacturing industry required
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with ability to close the deal
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Work with team to organize and prioritize activities and actions as an integral member of the Account Management Team
