We are looking for an to join our Sales team in our Calgary, AB office. The Account Coordinator, under the supervision of the Business Development Manager, is responsible for providing administrative support to the Account Management Team and will coordinate, organize and prioritize activities and tasks as an integral member of the team.
The Account Coordinator will also manage day-to-day interaction with QUANTUM customers, including but not limited to account setup, facilitating inbound shipments and providing required documentation and reporting.
Job Duties :
2. Ensure Operations teams have been provided with processing instructions and all customer specific requirements are met
3.Maintain and update client records; communicate, monitor, and ensure proper service set up within assigned portfolio.
