What is the opportunity?

As a Senior Manager, T&O Large Programs Finance, Performance Management, you provide financial and strategic advisory services on complex Technology and Operations programs to all stakeholders including T&O Executives, Project Sponsors, project management teams, T&O Finance Executives and senior management.

You will act as the finance SME on business cases, PARs, SOWs, project benefits, and various tools and processes that support T&O initiatives.

What will you do?

  • Provide proactive advice on complex T&O programs (programs that cut across several platforms, currencies, and service groups) financials, impact analysis of decisions, savings opportunities, allocation of project spend, large programs best practices, quantitative and qualitative financial benefits of programs
  • Partner with Enterprise Decision Support (EDS), Program Management Office, T&O Finance, Corporate Support Financial Controls, Procurement, Platform Finance, and T&O Business on Large Programs PARs, Business Cases, and What if analysis
  • Collaborate with EDS in ensuring financials are accurately and completely reflected in PARs
  • Provide comprehensive, in-depth and timely analytical support on PARs, Business Cases, Statement of Work, and other Large Program related financials to Executives and Business Partners.
  • Ensure best practices and RBC standards are followed in the management of program financials.

  • Build and manage a detailed framework for connecting various elements of a program including SOWs, PARs, Actuals / Forecast / Plan, committed / pipeline spend
  • Validate baseline of projected program benefits stated in PARs against source systems and track realization of these benefits
  • Involved in various projects as required, support and prepare ad-hoc analysis for financial results as requested
  • Time allocation : - Finance advisory services on complex T&O programs : 40%; PARs, SOWs, Program Benefits analysis and reporting : 30%;
  • Oversee processes and tools : 20; Ad-hoc analysis / projects and other management reporting : 5%; Personal development : 5%

  • 5+ years of relevant finance and project experience (or closely related function) experience
  • Enterprise mindset and strong analytical capabilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Team player, adapt quickly drive to impact
  • Innovative and strategic thinking
  • Cope with tight timelines and occasionally long hours required
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate multi-tasking skill
  • CA / CGA / CMA / MBA / CFA
