We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to be responsible for the successful definition, development of our product offering for our high volume market segment.

You will work with other Product Managers and a talented team of designers and developers to shape and influence our road map and market positioning.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be impactful within a growing and dynamic Product Team. This is a full-

time position in our Vancouver head office.

Are you ready to join the best?


  • Own and be accountable for the success of your market segment including market share, product offering, revenue, margins, and strategy (within the overall Eventbase strategy)
  • Work collaboratively with the Engineering team on the ongoing development of Eventbase Product capabilities including writing user stories, guiding a scrum team, reviewing proposed technical solutions, and being the go to person for any product questions.
  • Manage research including competitive research, market research and customer research capturing both quantitative and qualitative data to enable decision making.
  • Measure progress in every aspect of your business case, report on the progress, and remove roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with sales & marketing to mitigate market adoption risk by testing the technical solution, messaging, and launch plan early and often -
  • with alpha & beta programs, customer reviews, and so on.


  • Must have at least 3 year of product management experience building a highly configurable product.
  • A solid understanding of technical capabilities, ideally with education or experience working with computer science / computer engineering etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate a clear vision, evangelize for your target market, and build excitement and pride for your solutions throughout the organization.
  • A great team player attitude that puts the needs of your organization and your team before everything else : dependable and supportive towards mutual success.
  • Any of the following would be considered an advantage but not absolutely necessary :
  • Proven success managing SaaS-based products.
  • Deep experience working closely with development teams that span full-stack and mobile development.
  • Education or experience in business, sales, and development.
