As part of the Corporate Services HR team, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full cycle recruitment for CGIs Corporate Functions in Canada.

Your role will be to build an incredible candidate experience & bring best practices to the table to help us continuously improve how we attract and recruit talent.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

Managing the full lifecycle recruitment for a broad and complex portfolio of clients (from intake to offer)

Provide strategic talent acquisition expertise to business leaders across multiple functions and business groups

Develop and drive comprehensive recruitment and sourcing strategies to engage & identify talent for key client groups such as : Finance, Legal, Human Resources & Marketing

Support excellence in execution of process, partnerships, and outcomes, leveraging data to understand current state and identify opportunities to improve

Actively identify and contribute to Talent Acquisition practices and processes, ensuring those activities align to the priorities of the team & the business

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

Minimum 3 years recruiting, and sourcing experience required; prior sourcing / recruiting experience in a search firm and a proven track record of building diverse talent pipelines are both strongly desired.

Social and digital recruiting savvy; skilled at using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates

Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to build quick rapport and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers,

Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle

Excellent communication skills in both French and English

Ability to rigorously prioritize, organize, and multitask

Commitment to delivering results under tight deadlines.

Previous experience in a corporate setting or in professional services environment would be considered an asset
