The Automation CAD Hub is a diverse team focused on delivering automation solutions to our partners and customers. Automation CAD Hub provides support to Personal Banking Delivery Excellence, Business Banking (including TDAF), Wealth, TD Insurance, RESL, EDB, PS&I and PL.

The successful candidate will be responsible for :

Represent the Orchestration Team as an automation subject matter expert (SME)

Support the end to end delivery of Orchestration deliverables from intake through to deployment including planning, tracking and benefit assessment

Collaborate with key stakeholders to define scope and requirements

Support Design team through build, testing and deployment activities

Responsible to ensure design has full traceability back to requirements

Understand implications to the business as a result of solution design

Responsible for project management of initiatives; tracks status against timelines, identifies and escalates risks

Support and own the development of business initiative plans, business cases, reports, briefings, presentations

Leverage well-honed Business Analyst skills including requirements elicitation, scope management, stakeholder management and project delivery

Job Requirements

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate technology-related degree, such as Computer Science, Math, Business Technology Management, Information Technology Management, Financial Analysis and Risk Management, or Technology Sciences

Proven experience eliciting and delivering requirements from multiple stakeholders in a collaborative manner

Ability to define scope, identify and address scope creep

Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills to manage requirements delivery on multiple initiatives

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities

Strong critical thinking, quantitative and problem solving skills

Strong leadership and relationship management skills

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to provide regular updates to stakeholders, including executives

Proficient with MS Power Point and Excel

Excellent analytical, logical and organizational skills; a drive to understand the relationships between data and activities, draw conclusions and use critical thinking to validate / verify outputs

Strong customer and employee orientation and a professional approach

Ability to work effectively in teams and independently

Comfortable driving change and working with ambiguity

Experience with Agile methodology is an asset
