Verify the sites daily Safety requirements and commitments are being achieved
Conduct morning plan of the day meetings and the daily equipment scheduling and coordination meetings
Verify disciplines are working on the work they scheduled
Spend time in the field to make sure work is going as planned
Review ITPs with your superintendents
Audit safety tours to make sure they are relevant and issues are being fixed
Review weekly earned manhours against scheduled manhours
Review craft safety suggestion cards
Assist the Superintendent with ensuring an active CVIS team
Attend and present construction status at Management and Owner Meetings
Review o-chart and evaluated staff for position changes and training opportunities
Review cost report, projections and financial plans
Update project equipment schedule and send to district office
Review ST&S and equipment costs with superintendents
Review progress against CPM schedule.
Engineering Degree or Technical Diploma with 8-12 years in Tank construction projects
Ability to develop and implement plans to achieve project milestones and minimize costs for projects or components(total $50-100 million)
Ability to design office construction input to project execution plans
Willing to travel up to 75% of the time
Bi-lingual French and English will be a plus
