Vos défis

  • Participer au développement des logiciels en temps réel de l’ordinateur de missions du CF-18 pour les fonctions de navigation, maintenance, balistique air-
  • sol et capteur infrarouge optoélectronique.

  • Participer à toutes les phases du développement qu’il s’agisse de l’analyse des problèmes, de la définition des besoins, de la conception, de la mise en œuvre, des essais informels, du diagnostic de pannes ou de l’intégration.
  • Vos forces

  • Baccalauréat en génie ou en informatique.
  • Expérience requise : Nouveau gradué (0-2 ans).
  • Connaissances en génie logiciel - systèmes embarqués, temps réel et logiciel d’avionique.
  • Connaissance des systèmes d’armes, des systèmes de navigation (radio / GPS / INS) des aéronefs, des capteurs infrarouges optoélectroniques, des liaisons de données, des récepteurs d’alerte radar et du combiné interrogateur-répondeur, un atout.
  • Connaissances en aéronautique ou en avionique, un atout.
  • Connaissance des langages informatiques suivants : assembleur, C++ et C# (un atout).
  • Aptitude à travailler au sein d’une équipe et à interagir avec différents groupes multidisciplinaires.
  • Capacité à communiquer en anglais (à l'oral et à l'écrit) sur des sujets techniques.
  • Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est requis.
  • Requis Opérationnels

  • Doit être éligible à l’enregistrement au programme des marchandises contrôlées
  • Doit être éligible à l’obtention et au maintien de la cote de fiabilité du gouvernement du Canada, et de la cote de sécurité niveau 2 (secret).
  • Le lieu de travail principal n’est pas accessible via les transports en commun. Une voiture est requise.
  • Your challenges

  • Be involved in the development of real-time software for the Mission Computer system of the CF-18 for Navigation, Maintenance, Ballistics, Air-
  • to-Ground, EO / IR Sensor as well as functions spanning different master modes (Air-to-Ground, Air-to-Air and Navigation master modes).

  • Participate all phases of the development spanning problem analysis, requirements definition, design, implementation, informal testing, troubleshooting and integration.
  • Your strengths

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Required Experience : New graduate (0-2 years).
  • Knowledge in software engineering - embedded systems, real-time and avionic software.
  • Familiarity with the following systems is a definite asset : Armament systems, Aircraft Navigation (Radio / GPS / INS), electro-
  • optical infrared sensors, data link, radar warning receiver and interrogator / transponder.

  • Knowledge of aeronautics and / or avionics is an asset.
  • Knowledge of the following computer languages is an asset : assembly, C++, C#.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different multidisciplinary groups.
  • Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written) on a technical subject.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
  • Operational requirements

  • Must be eligible for registration to the Controlled Goods Program.
  • Must be eligible to obtaining and maintaining the government of Canada’s Reliability status and Level 2 (Secret) security clearance.
  • Main work location is not accessible via public transportation. A car is needed.
