We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Administrator to join the Sutton Place and Sandman Hotel Group team at our Head Office in Vancouver, with the option to work home-based in Vancouver, Kelowna, Calgary, Edmonton or Toronto.

Job Duties :

  • Execute Revenue Management strategies and initiatives with properties as assigned
  • Create and distribute reports as required
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and / or the on property Revenue Management team as required
  • Ensure all sales and pricing strategies are based on sound judgement through effective analysis using all available tools
  • Ensure professional and efficient use of all systems / tools, in line with company best practices and standard operating procedures
  • Ensure that all on property Revenue team members are actively engaged in all revenue decisions by maintaining regular communication to effectively implement, drive and review optimal strategies and controls
  • Collaborate with Online Marketing team on hotel specific initiatives
  • Job Requirements

    Excellent opportunity for a positive, self-motivated and highly organized individual with an aptitude for analyzing, strategizing and communicating.

    The successful candidate must have a desire to learn and grow within the Revenue Management Department, exceptional communication (both verbal and written) skills, team building skills and a strong attention to detail.

    Advanced knowledge of computer systems required, particularly in Maestro, Duetto, Synxis, Excel, and additional language(s) an asset.

    Work from home is an option and weekend(Saturday and Sunday) coverage is part of the position .
