Electrical & Instrumentation Manager role in our Fort St. John Office

  • This role offers a drive for action with effective management of operational day-to-day activities of the Operations team;
  • including safety and profitability of E&I operations in Fort St. John. While assisting with future growth in the Northeast NBC area you will build relationships and partner with our hard-working team and key stakeholders.

    This role will allow you to bring your strong technical talents to our awesome team in Fort St. John.


  • Lead in the delivery of Flint’s / ClearStream’s HSE programs, policies and initiatives.
  • Provide input on overall project scope from work activity, estimating, planning and execution of field work.
  • Monitor field activities to ensure we are meeting safety, quality, schedule and cost for each project.
  • Perform management duties including mentoring, professionalism and continuously working on ways to develop a positive culture.
  • Perform on-site management and coordination for all subcontractors.
  • Pursue growth opportunities through networking functions and local community involvement.
  • Who You Are

  • Extensive knowledge of the E&I Trade.

  • Build and maintain working relationships with clients and internal staff.
  • Strong interpersonal skill.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule to ensure to meet client needs.
  • Work well independently, yet able to effectively communicate with internal groups and teams and utilize your leadership skills when needed.
  • Education

  • Journeyman Electrical Trade Certification or Electrical Engineer Degree
  • BC FSR certification.
  • Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years Oil & Gas, industrial, or pipeline experience in a supervisory / manager role.
