The Talent Company are pleased to be working with a leading financial services firm to recruit a Director, HRIS and Total Rewards.

Responsibilities : Reporting to the VP Total Rewards, this is an individual contributor role where you will be responsible for applying your technical subject matter expertise to provide direction on total rewards systems, programs and practices.

This will include : Acting as the technical lead in the design, development, implementation and administration of total rewards programs including compensation, benefits and retirement savings programs.

Providing leadership on HR systems strategy and execution, including ensuring the integrity of data and systems as well as fostering solutions and connectivity with other organization wide systems which leverage HRIS data.

Managing projects related to the implementation of new technologies and / or enhancing existing HR, payroll, performance and reporting systems.

Partnering within the broader HR team and with Business Leaders to understand their needs, identify market trends, analyze competitive data and drive the delivery of solutions that help the organization attract, retain and rewards a high-

performing, diverse workforce. Managing regular and ad hoc total rewards processes such as year-end planning and reporting, leader training and Executive / HR Committee reports.

Leading the design and implementation of reporting and analytics that drives total rewards program design and that supports effective business decision making.

Providing functional direction and coaching / mentorship to members of the total rewards and HR teams.
