Work location : Available at all Intact offices across Canada
Your contribution :
Develop, plan and coordinate proactive and innovative attraction strategies throughout the staffing cycle / process;
Ensure compliance with our service agreement with our internal business partners, employees and future talent;
Be proactive in recruiting by creating pools of candidates and leveraging established networks and tools through networking, social media, referrals, industry events, etc.;
Participate in the development, planning and coordination of proactive and innovative recruitment / attraction activities and strategies to identify and target the profiles sought by managers, while constantly working on improving systems, processes and workflows;
Stay up to date on market trends in recruitment by participating in industry and professional association events;
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives : Intact employer of choice;
Act as Intact’s ambassador on various internal and external projects.
Qualifications
What you bring to the table :
A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition
Strong communication skills in both English and French (spoken and written)
Comfortable working in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
Ability to advise, influence and build business relationships at all levels
Demonstrated sense of organization and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
Strong team spirit and ability to work independently
Has a sourcing-oriented mentality
