What you’ll do :

Working closely with the Vice-President of Smart Building & Business Security and the extended Leadership team, you’ll develop and implement our strategic plan to grow and expand our business.

You and your team will evolve our end-to-end Commercial Smart Building & Security program structure and offerings, bringing forward new and innovative services and partnering across internal teams to improve the lives of Canadians and support our social purpose.

Specifically, you’ll :

  • Design the strategy, programs (and structure) to achieve the Commercial Smart Building & Business Security portfolio goals
  • Identify areas of improvement and develop plans to grow, and improve efficiency
  • Use data to support your decisions, and uncover meaningful new ideas and inspiration to fuel growth and transformation
  • Provide inspirational leadership and direction to the team to develop and achieve business strategy and objectives
  • Focus on building relationships across your extensive network to ensure all partner teams have a voice and are successful in achieving results

  • With an ability to synthesize complex topics into simple straightforward communications that team members can digest and rally around
  • Great-to-haves :

  • MBA or post-secondary degree (Business, Marketing or Communications)
  • 10+ years of work experience leading projects, developing strategic plans, communicating scorecard results, and managing budgets
  • Knowledge and experience in the home automation and security (or adjacent) industry
