What you’ll do :
Working closely with the Vice-President of Smart Building & Business Security and the extended Leadership team, you’ll develop and implement our strategic plan to grow and expand our business.
You and your team will evolve our end-to-end Commercial Smart Building & Security program structure and offerings, bringing forward new and innovative services and partnering across internal teams to improve the lives of Canadians and support our social purpose.
Specifically, you’ll :
Design the strategy, programs (and structure) to achieve the Commercial Smart Building & Business Security portfolio goals
Identify areas of improvement and develop plans to grow, and improve efficiency
Use data to support your decisions, and uncover meaningful new ideas and inspiration to fuel growth and transformation
Provide inspirational leadership and direction to the team to develop and achieve business strategy and objectives
Focus on building relationships across your extensive network to ensure all partner teams have a voice and are successful in achieving results

With an ability to synthesize complex topics into simple straightforward communications that team members can digest and rally around
MBA or post-secondary degree (Business, Marketing or Communications)
10+ years of work experience leading projects, developing strategic plans, communicating scorecard results, and managing budgets
Knowledge and experience in the home automation and security (or adjacent) industry
