KIK KIK Consumer Brands Household Division Our Household Division ( Household ) is the #1 player in North American private label bleach, and supplies private label cleaning programs to prominent American retailers.

Although Household started as a small bleach plant in Concord, Ontario, we have since expanded to a network of 8 plants strategically located across the United States to efficiently manufacture a variety of cleaners for both hard and soft surfaces.

  • Responsibilities

    Job Scope : The position of blow mold set-up technician coordinates and executes the set-up of multiple blow mold machinery.

    Their duties are to ensure that all Blow Mold equipment is safely producing quality plastic bottles and ensure smooth production for each shift.

    RESPONSIBILITIES : Department machinery operation and performancePerform daily set-up, maintenance, changeovers and troubleshootingEnsure adherence to all required quality standardsProvide all lubrication and equipment supportMaintain log of all repairs and adjustments made to equipment Follow and support all safety programsMaximize performance of blow mold equipmentConduct quality checks and implement corrective action as necessaryPreserve blow mold equipment through proper cleaning Responsible for bringing machine up from a cold condition to a full production operation ensuring the container meets quality specifications

    Qualifications

    Minimum grade 12 or GED Must have minimum 2 years’ experience working with hydraulics specifically or extrusion blow mold experience.

    Must be able to lift minimum 50 lbs. Must be able to read and interpret manuals, blueprints, schematics. Must be able to safely operate a forklift and possess all necessary qualifications ex.

    Certificate Must be able to read, write, and speak English in order to comprehend and communicate safety initiatives and document mechanical equipment issues and needs.
