This critical role works as a part of a small team focussed on strategic business collaboration in the areas of organizational change, organizational effectiveness, capability development, and business collaboration.
This role works closely with the wider HR team with key interfaces across HR and with all levels in the Corporate and Commercial organization.
This is not a behind the scenes type of role. You will be part of an engaging Corporate and Commercial team with a strong mandate for optimizing organizational effectiveness and business delivery.

The Role :
High focus on the organizational effectiveness of the corporate and commercial function. Diagnosis of issues, identification of key actions and implementation of business grounded plans inclusive of relevant change management support
Execute the talent strategy and sucession management. Identify ways to optimize the process and work in collaboration with the Talent COE to create necessary changes.
In collaboration with the VP, HR Commercial identify a plan and drive the engagement and culture
Support workforce planning and recruitment for the commercial teams in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence
Proactively identify talent management issues and put in place an action plan to address
Overall support execution of core HR processes that are deployed at the functional level (e.g. performance management, succession planning, engagement action planning)
In conjunction with HR delivery team, be point of contact for employee questions and process employee transactions as required in HRIS (Workday)
About You :
Well-honed experience in organizational effectiveness, capability development and talent development
Strong business judgement with track record of practical approach that drives business results
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong ability to influence across the organization at all levels and courage to appropriately challenge
Exceptional planning and analytical skills including strong MS Office skills
Open, approachable and down to earth style
Strong passion for making a difference with a bias for action
4-6 years of progressive / relevant experience
University Degree required and HR Certification will be considered to be an asset
