As the Temporary Benefits Administrator, you are responsible for assisting with the administration and coordination of various salaried employee and retiree benefit programs.

You are the go-to guy or gal for general questions regarding policies, programs, processes, and procedures. You will administer retiree employee benefit plans while you work with insurers to resolve benefit claim issues.

You liaise between the employee, insurer, manager, and human resources representatives and assist with employee vacation administration.

In this full-time position, you have the flexibility to work from home and at the CAC office located in Prince George. This is a temporary 14-month contract with benefits-no strings attached!

In a perfect world, you have mastered your computer skills and are fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.). For bonus points, you have a college diploma in business administration or human resources and have practical knowledge of human resources, benefits, or pension program administration.
