Reporting directly to the Director of Device Services and Operations, Wireless Device Management, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-

to-end product management of the Wireless Device Insurance and Warranty Portfolio.

What you will be doing :

  • End-to-end product management to drive product penetration, engagement, user and revenue growth
  • Sell product vision and provide thought leadership to internal cross functional stakeholders
  • Successfully launch new products, features by collaborating and leading internal cross functional teams to drive product innovation, differentiation and improvements
  • Build financial business cases to support new product and feature launches
  • Work closely with program vendors to drive optimal collaboration
  • Responsible for full P&L, monthly revenue forecasting, yearly budgeting and product roadmaps
  • Perform in-depth quantitative analysis on the wireless insurance / warranty portfolio to drive key insights and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards to monitor the performance of the wireless device insurance / warranty portfolio and drive initiatives to meet financial targets
  • Continuously working to improve the customer experience by simplifying the product offering
  • Identify technical issues, customer pain points and work with cross functional teams to resolve them
  • Leverage competitive intelligence, research, global trends, best practices and customer feedback to develop new product offerings
  • Identify global trends and best practices to continuously improve the program
  • What you bring :

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience
  • University Bachelor Degree or higher
  • Strong interest in wireless products and technology
  • Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and understand concepts, multi-task, solve problems with creative outside of the box thinking, make decisions, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent and proven analytical, problem solving and technical skills
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication (written / verbal) skills
  • Demonstrated strong customer service orientation
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, and perform well in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to sell ideas / concepts to various levels of the organization through logical and persuasive arguments
  • Exceptional ability to persuade, convince, negotiate with influence in order to support objectives
  • Experience working with IT, engineering, customer experience, sales channels, pricing and marketing
  • Holds self accountable for achieving established performance objectives
  • The candidate must be a highly motivated, technically competent individual, with a naturally inquisitive nature and a deep knowledge of telecommunications products and services
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word
  • Shift : No Selection
