As a Regional People and Culture Business Partner, you will :
Partner with regional leader to develop leadership and manage the internal talent pipeline.
Facilitate management fundamentals training and other development modules.
Enable and support ongoing transformation by proactively recommending and implementing appropriate people and culture solutions at the regional level including key accountabilities, performance management, professional development and leveraging trimetrix for development and coaching.
Apply strategic problem solving to proactively develop plans and resolve issues that limit business capabilities as it relates to talent management practices.
Lead change initiatives by partnering with regional leaders and other internal groups to proactively manage change impacting regional team members.
Facilitate team sessions that help increase team effectiveness and resolve conflict.
Responsible for implementing People & Culture initiatives at the regional level.
Provide relevant business unit people metric reporting to help measure the quality and success of various initiatives.
Liaise with Regional Leader and Centres of Expertise to provide timely and constructive feedback, to help drive the evolution of enterprise-
wide People & Culture programs, policies and solutions
Continuously look for opportunities to improve operational excellence in People & Culture processes and the end-to-end customer delivery model.

To take on the role of the Regional People & Culture Business Partner, you must :
Knowledge in all HR disciplines including : performance management, recruitment, strategic workforce planning, compensation, team member engagement, learning / development, high impact communications, and labor relations
Change / program management skills and experience
5+ years of experience in human resources, professional services consulting, or a comparable role within a corporate environment
Experience working with senior executives
University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Hold a valid Ontario Driver’s license and be able to frequently travel
