Pricing Analyst - 18 Month Contract

As the Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, approving, and processing sales opportunities of the Business Solutions Division of Canon Canada.

You will help to ensure that that our corporate strategy is implemented in each sales opportunity and provide competitive pricing that will drive revenue for Canon Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review pricing requests from Sales teams and provide approvals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to perform profit and loss analysis
  • Generate monthly reports and work with the Finance group to process claims
  • Work with the Marketing team to ensure quarterly promotions are applicable to price desk
  • Provide price desk process training to Sales Representatives
  • Assist Sales in completing RFPs for large-dollar accounts
  • To Succeed, You Will Have

  • Post-Secondary degree in Finance or related field
  • 1-3 years of related work experience
  • Superb time management and multi-tasking skills to balance a high volume of sales requests
  • Strong analytical skills to review and understand pricing requests and determine if they meet guidelines
  • Excellent computer and technical skills with a focus on Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Good project and process management skills to ensure price desk processes are followed for all approvals
  • French is considered an asset
