Position

Bringing new technologies into existence is hard work, and nobody knows that better than the Pilot Operations Team. The Pilot Shift Lead is an integral part of the group, managing day-to-day pilot operations through team coordination while ensuring effective communication and delegation.

This position provides the opportunity for you to directly shape the department you are part of. Hire and train your staff and facilitate department improvement through your own creativity.
