Position Summary : Business Analysts with extensive experience with HRIS / Payroll Implimentation. This is not a typical IT BA role but with more business, operational, training experience / focus -

Our client is currently engaged in a large 2 year project focusing on a global scale HRIS / Payroll implementation. Qualifications :

The required candidates will have HRIS, payroll, time and attendance, workday, documentation of training experience

Must have experience in ALL areas from an HRIS implementation perspective. The successful BAs will be required to support all functions -

they have to have technical know-how as they will need to converse around analysis, UAT and co-ordination of testing for functional business requirements, test from a business perspective, write requirements, test plans, deal with issue resolution, etc.

  • this role is project oriented so BAs will need to have been exposed to large scale HR project implementation and are able to facilitate (lead team, flush out requirements) accordingly.
  • Hard skills required :

    MS Office, Test Cases, Test Plans, Project Management, Documentation, SOA, Enterprise Development Methodology, Risk Based Testing, Process Modelling, Technical writing, excellent written and oral communication skills.

    Compensation : up to 40 / hr
