Join the momentum. We are currently seeking a junior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Technology Analyst for our growing Consulting team in Markham.

Our Consulting team works with organizations in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors to provide innovative strategies tailored to maximize efficiencies, enhance performance and increase profitability.


Performance Expectations

  • Be a key contributor to the FP&A Technology practice at MNP
  • Assist FP&A consultant in the implementation process
  • Assist in on-going client support relating to configurations and implementations
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, client summaries and presentations
  • Liaise and correspond professionally with clients, colleagues and the firm leadership team
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes while effectively using MNP internal programs and systems
  • Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses and industry through experiential learning with clients
  • Raise awareness of MNP through discussions at community events including client and company sponsored functions
  • Attend internal MNP courses to further develop accounting knowledge
  • Study for CPA while working; effectively manage both work and studies
  • Credentials

  • Successfully obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Business Administration (Accounting or Finance major preferred)
  • Completion of, or working towards, all necessary prerequisites for admission into the Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) Professional Education Program (PEP) upon commencement of employment
  • Previous accounting related office experience is an asset
  • Customer service and / or client service experience is desirable
  • Understanding of budgeting, reporting and analysis processes
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • An adaptive, self- motivated personality with a desire for continuous learning
  • Experience in a FP&A role is an asset
  • Experience in Full-Cycle Accounting is an asset
  • Experience with FP&A Solution is an asset
