Intent of the process
This inventory will be used to staff Administrative Assistant positions at the AS-02 group and level within Natural Resources Canada with employment tenures, language requirements, security requirements, conditions of employment and work locations that will vary depending on the needs of the position being staffed.
Job offers resulting from this inventory will be either permanent (indeterminate), specified period (term) appointments, part-
time worker or casual employment. Candidates will be randomly selected* from the inventory for assessment purposes.

Successful completion of a vocational program, certificate, diploma or degree from a recognized institution in any field relevant to the work to be performed.
