As UX / Product Intern, you will be involved in a wider range of design activities with a primary intent being user research and testing, which will further enhance and help us deliver better product and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) :
Proficient in creating design artifacts using tools as Sketch, Adobe creative suite.
Analyze customer list and identify research participants, schedule calls and help facilitating user research and usability testing.
Analyze and synthesize user research to produce insights that will lead us into deeper understanding of users.
Generate report that summarizes user research findings and specify design recommendations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as design, product management, engineering and marketing.
Skills and Competencies :
Majoring or specializing in studies of : Digital Design, User Experience Design, Human Computer Interaction.
Experience with design tools (e.g. Sketch, Adobe creative suite, Invision, Axure etc.)
Solid understanding of information architecture, user flows, user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes and visual interfaces.
Knowledge in conducting usability testing sessions and report results.
Experience in conducting quantitative user research.
Excellent communication skills in articulating and presenting design concepts, reports etc.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and able to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
