What is the opportunity?
To us, you are a banking advisor, RBC ambassador and an exceptional customer service representative. You will champion the RBC brand and provide support by phone, chat and video through incoming client calls or by initiating proactive calls to existing clients.
This role is full time and shift oriented. Our centres are located in Moncton, Montreal, Mississauga, Winnipeg and various Digital Advice Centres within our communities across Canada.
If you have the passion to deliver exceptional customer service and provide solutions for client’s needs, you can build a long term career as a highly knowledgeable professional banking advisor in our Digital Advice Centres.
