POSITION Growth Marketing Manager
SUMMARY In this role you will develop and execute integrated plans to support key sales / business development objectives and market growth.
Through conceiving, implementing and executing strategies centered around demand generation and experiential programming delivered in online and offline formats, you will directly impact our company’s revenue goals.

To succeed at KV you must be energetic, personable, well poised, highly organized and hard working. You will be accountable for the results generated from your work and creating exceptional marketing campaigns to increase awareness and drive sales.
Create and execute annual marketing plans, provide day-to-day marketing support and generate new innovative ideas that promote our business, brands and products;
Increase engagement and loyalty of our customers with advertising, strong branding, clear and concise communications, enticing promotions and effective marketing programs;
Collaborate with external resources and internal stakeholders to increase the effectiveness and visibility of all projects;
Propose and complete market research initiatives to generate customer insights in support of improving marketing strategies and communications;
Develop compelling and creative marketing materials, and determine the media mix of what message should be where;
Develop tools and resources for sales teams to use;
Facilitate seamless execution of all marketing initiatives, including website development / maintenance and all aspects of KV’s online and offline presence;
Generate new leads, accelerating the sales cycle, and building / strengthening relationships with our customer base through personalized engagement programs;
Coordinate and run joint sales and marketing meetings;
Establish a financial budget required to support the marketing strategy for each business unit; and
Be the voice of KV across all social media platforms.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and a high level of confidence in the workplace
Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop, HubSpot, Salesforce and Word Press.
Ability to independently develop, maintain and manage vendor / customer relationships;
Excellent social media acumen;
Experience with SEO, Google Adwords, LinkedIn and Facebook / Instagram Advertising;
Innovative and able to leverage current trends in the marketing industry;
Possess excellent technical, and design skills to create professional grade and high impact marketing materials;
Demonstrated problem solving abilities, including good judgement, creativity and research skills;
Highly organized, solution-orientated, aptitude for multi-tasking and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
The personal capability to think quickly and respond effectively under pressure.
Post-secondary degree / diploma in Marketing, Communication, Business or related marketing credentials; and
5+ years of experience in either servicing internal clients or within an agency setting with direct relationship with clients.
