Role Summary :

The Client Solutions Centrerepresents one of the fastest growing areas at SLF Canada. With over $10B in assets under administration in Choices wealth plans and over $65M in insurance premium, you will be joining a team that successfully engages former group plan members and turns them into clients for life.

By taking on this challenging role, you will be a key contributor to the ongoing success of Client Solutions and the CSC.

The role has three key areas of focus : 1) supporting the development of the Rollover, Retention and Retirement strategies through a robust understanding of the competitive landscape and industry, 2) analysing the success of Rollover, Retention and Retirement campaigns as well as client experience and sales initiatives across various channels, 3) understanding the segment and uncovering new or previously untapped opportunities.

Main Accountabilities :

  • For each Rollover, Retirement and Retention campaign, monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as contact rates and sales as well as overall campaign results for the campaign sponsor / stakeholder groups
  • Present to leadership team the consolidated campaign results and key insights
  • Lead the withdrawal-prevention initiatives and provide quarterly withdrawal analysis
  • Operationalize reporting and processes to monitor and assess the success of the Rollover, Retirement and Retention campaigns
  • Partner with our Analytics teams to uncover data driven insights to support the development of the retention and retirement strategies
  • Partner with the Rollover, Retirement and Retention Campaign managers to support ongoing and upcoming campaigns
  • Partner with key stakeholders in Client Solutions to support the ongoing segmentation / analysis of the Choices member base to drive / inform targeted campaigns and initiatives in support of the key strategies
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all campaign reporting, including distribution and review with campaign sponsor / stakeholder groups upon campaign completion
  • Proactively identify challenges impeding sales and work with the segment leadership teams to find and implement solutions
  • Support key business initiatives by participating in a variety of capacities as required
  • Offer proactive feedback, strategic insights and ideas for campaign improvement
  • Work with minimal supervision; exercise sound judgment during planning, testing, production and while monitoring campaign success

  • Undergraduate Business or equivalent university degree or college diploma
  • The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.

    In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.

    Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
