Our valued Public Sector Client is in need of two Secret Cleared Change Management Consultants (Level 3 and Level 2) to to lead and execute all aspects of change-management strategies and plans for the Organizational Transformation, Accessibility Strategy and Plan.
Change Management Consultant Level 3 Tasks :
Provision of strategic advice and assistance to the Project team associated with Transformation Project initiatives or other SSC change initiatives.
Preparation of executive briefing notes, presentation of executive briefings and facilitating discussions with executives as required.
Meet with other organizational executives to ensure all organizational (internal and external) stakeholders are committed and moving forward on strategies and plans.
Review SSC Governance structure and ensure governance requirements and milestones are integrated into stakeholder engagement deliverables.
Change Management Consultant Level 2 Tasks :
Demonstrated competency in achieving shifts in entrenched workplace attitudes, behaviours, and biases in respect of people, processes and technology.
Strategic stakeholder outreach and engagement, including people with disabilities and collaboration with partners.
Delivering effective workshops and other types of consultation / engagement (??) sessions.
Effective engagement and presentations for executives (Directors, Directors General, Chief Information Officers, Assistant / Associate Deputy Ministers, Deputy Ministers, Vice Presidents, and President).
Strategic advice to the Accessibility Team leads and project management leads.
