CRM Trainers (4) for Vehicle Dealers for Canada
As trainer and consultant to the customer communication specialists of the various business development centers as well as to the sales teams of our clients in the territory of the province of Quebec of Ontario and British Columbia.
The person is responsible for training and coaching specialists and sales teams by reinforcing the best practices of communication and use of management systems while applying the standards and procedures in force.
The person in the role could also see the achievement of daily, weekly and monthly goals specific to each client business development center while motivating and mentoring the team in place.
Major challenge of this position : Ability to travel to clients (up to 90% of the time outside), and this in the province concerned.
