We are looking for a self-motivated and results-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team.
Major Responsibilities :
Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
Skills / Abilities :
Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
Demonstrable skill at handling and resolving customer complaints.
Excellent communications skills.
Ability to work with all levels of employees and management, both internally and externally.
Working knowledge of PC’s including Microsoft Word and Excel an asset
Preferred Education / Experience :
Knowledge of Construction products and applications is an asset.
Warehouse Supervisor experience, an asset.
Exhibits excellent time management and organizational skills
Able to prioritize work; be flexible.
Practice excellent spoken and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Hold a valid Drivers License
Forklift Experience an asset.
