Please note this is a 12-month contract positionWhat will you do : Execute tactics with excellence through efficient and disciplined processes that deliver a meaningful customer experience in a consistent and collaborative manner, and that are on brand and in line with the vision and goals of the businessCollaborate with the marketing team to ensure smooth, effective, on-time delivery of tacticsExecute many types of tactics including collateral, media, social media, public relations, email, event co-ordination and content developmentEffectively manage project execution using defined processes as outlined below : Project Management - Ensuring attention to detail throughout the project, utilizing existing project management tools, documentation of project details, changes, approvals, budgets, KPI’s and project wrap upDevelop Project Briefs for tactics in collaboration with stakeholders.
Proactively manage issues and opportunities within tactics as they ariseAbility to manage tactical execution under tight timelinesAbility to influence and move tactics through multiple stakeholders for approvalsBuild and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders including the Customer Marketing teamCoordinate with the Branding and Content Team for marketing content required for tacticsWork within processes / workflows to efficiently and effectively deliver tactics with quality assuranceAssist in the measurement of KPI’s for tactics to help make recommendations for future tactics / execution improvementsTracking and reporting on budgets, processing estimates and purchase orders for each tactic and accountability for ensuring tactics are within allocated and agreed to budgetAccountable for ensuring legal compliance and approval of materialsManagement of third-party agency / contractors required to deliver the project plan working with Procurement, Legal and SBS to ensure that projects adhere to Syngenta guidelines, policies, governance and complianceWho you are : Strong communicator with great interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and good collaboration skillsAble to influence others and manage and resolve conflictStrong Project Manager - Ability to manage several projects and responsibilities simultaneously and accurately within defined timelinesYou have : Minimum Bachelors degree or College Diploma in Agriculture, Business or CommunicationsA minimum of 2 years of marketing communications and project management experienceProject Management Best PracticesStrong knowledge of customer relationship marketing, and communications principles.
You might also have : Experience in AgricultureUnderstanding of agriculture, marketplace dynamics, competitive environment and Syngenta customer needs.
