Our fans call us the best breakfast restaurant in Toronto, and we humbly tell them that we just make our food with passion, and serve it with love, and that always works for us.

Our first location opened on the College strip just east of Ossington in Winter 2003. Now in our 12th year we have recently expanded beyond Toronto’s borders with our newest location in Vaughan that also happens to be our largest.

It’s an expansive space which seats 80 plus guests, and an additional 40 during the summer patio season.

We have 3 convenient locations to serve you the Best Breakfast in Toronto and Vaughan. Drop in for our breakfast, lunch OR brunch, or just enjoy an alcoholic beverage in our licensed establishments.

We also proudly serve both Fair-Trade, Organic coffee and espresso-based drinks from Reunion Island

The primary responsibility of the Line Cook position is to ensure that all necessary menu preparations are performed daily.

General knowledge of standard cooking methods and preparations of all food items. Performance of daily tasks in a timely fashion while achieving a high quality product.

Must be able to handle pressure during peak business hours.


  • The primary responsibilities of the role include :
  • Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, and company guidelines.
  • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
  • Exceed guest expectations at all times by providing the FAB 5 Service Training.
  • Support other service staff when needed to ensure the highest level of customer service standards.
  • Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs.
  • Fully understand and comply with all health and safety requirements of the restaurant.
  • Arrive on time to your shift and be in correct uniform with all your tools.
  • Opening / Closing / Side duties, as per your restaurant guidelines.
  • Cross training in all service positions
  • Provide suggestions to Manager as needed.
  • Any other duties required of you by your manager or fellow associates to enhance the guest experience.
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role preferred

  • Previous industry experience required
  • Valid Food Handler’s Certification
