NV-10Online Business Centre Product OwnerThe Online Business Centre Administrative Department is made up of the teams of AccèsD Affaires, Business Telephone Reception and the Online Business Centre distribution channel (which currently has 160,000 business members under management generating more than $4B in business volume).

As Online Business Centre Product Owner, you will support material, time, technological and human resources in cross-sector initiatives to reach the targeted objectives within set deadlines and budgets.

You will analyze the project’s feasibility and opportunity, define action plans and milestones, and coordinate project teams.

You will assume a leadership role when interacting with various stakeholders on files and projects requiring innovative, strategic and complex input and development.

The nature of the files will require in-depth and extensive expertise in your specialized field.

You will make recommendations on the development and delivery of files and projects with a high degree of operational and conceptual complexity that require analysis and a comprehensive, detailed understanding of the business and the organization.

Coordination will be critical, meaning you will be required to interact with a large number of stakeholders working in a variety of areas of expertise.

Therefore, you will need highly developed interpersonal skills. You will serve as a specialized advisor and subject matter expert in your field and act as a resource person and coach for decision-

making bodies.Advise and assist clients and partners with positioning, planning, development, performance and monitoring of various strategic relationship-

marketing mandates under your responsibility, consistent with the recommended methodology (make what the member / client has to say the focus of your decisions).

  • Participate in and influence projects and initiatives in line with the priorities of Desjardins Group and the Online Business Centre Administrative Department.
  • Possess a cross-sector perspective on all projects that impact employees, members and clients
  • Guide the management team in prioritizing initiatives (both short- and long-term)
  • Guide the management team during the macro-allocation process
  • Monitor systems’ changes
  • Serve in an advisory capacity as management’s strategic projects and mandates develop and change
  • Represent your unit in dealings with decision-making bodies
  • Represent Desjardins Group’s position when reaching agreements with external partners or organizations

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of six years of relevant experience
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience with the Business business sector (an asset)
  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

  • Certification Product Owner (an asset)
  • For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required
