Our tests are designed for hospitals and private testing laboratories, in the markets of immunodiagnostics and molecular diagnostics.

The Market Development Manager will provide market and competitive insights and is responsible for developing and delivering commercial outcomes for their specific program, and managing its success.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Drive New Product Sales and Engagement with KOLs
  • Drive New Product Sales through the Sales Workforce
  • Plan and Execute Competitive Transformations
  • Development of business and marketing plans, including value proposition, business case development, and assist in RFP responses for assigned products.
  • Gathers market intelligence and reports on macro market dynamics, competitive trends and clinical data that shape commercial plans
  • Contributes to the strategic plan for current approved products as well as completing market analysis for new product lines yet to be released
  • Qualifications Experience Personal Strengths Mobility

    You Education Bachelor’s Degree Specialization Chemistry, Biosciences and / or medical laboratory, or equivalent required Experience

    Advanced Degree in Science and / or a MBA is a plus

    5+ years marketing and / or management experience specific to the industry

    Commercial (Sales) and / or laboratory experience highly beneficial

    Proven experience with market development programs

    Solid experience in product or strategic sales and marketing

    Experience in executive level discussion and negotiations within major reference and provincial laboratories, hospital networks, physician groups and government Health Ministries

    Ability to build strong rapport and relate well to physicians and key opinion leaders

    Demonstrated influence and advisory capability with executive management

    Able to work in high paced, changing environment and interface effectively with partners both internal and external

    Excellent verbal and written communication as well as, presentation skill before various stakeholder groups

    Customer focused, collaborative and proactive approach

    Ability to partner with sales to accomplish goals and objectives

    Demonstrated ability to thrive in a complex matrixed organization

    Self-Motivated and Results Driven

    Entrepreneurial Mindset

    Differential knowledge of products and procedures
