As an Executive Producer at Stadia Games and Entertainment, you'll deliver creative and excellent interactive entertainment on Stadia, managing the game P&L, fostering and maintaining the game vision with the team, managing the publishing production team, coordinating with Stadia service groups, and presenting the game to executives.

Your projects will often span multiple offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it will be your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.

In this role, you will contribute experience in publishing and internal game production, while focusing on the evaluation of milestones and coordinating with other groups of the Stadia Publishing team, including Game Tech, QA, Localization, Business Development, Legal, and Marketing.

Stadia is Google’s premier Video Game platform, designed for everyone. We are working on custom built hardware and rapidly evolving open source technology to deliver a seamless gaming experience across multiple devices.

Stadia provides players new ways to discover, engage, and connect with content with no download required thanks to our cutting-edge data centers.

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategic vision for the project, understanding player needs and market trends in order to deliver groundbreaking entertainment that will resonate with your audience.
  • Define production best practices and optimize schedules to ensure high quality milestone delivery throughout development.
  • Identify and / or remove any roadblocks to projects hitting quality and schedule goals. Make tough calls in service of delivering the best possible game to the player.
  • Build, inspire, and grow a highly effective, collaborative, and diverse production team where creativity thrives.
  • Establish a regular cadence of communication to ensure that the development team and stakeholders are engaged and production goals and deliverables are well understood.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • 10 years of production experience on shipped console / PC high definition games.
  • Experience in game production, establishing success criteria for innovation and games as a service.
  • Experience with various game genres and current Industry trends.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience shipping and running a live service game.
  • Experience recruiting talent and growing new teams.
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility with engineers, artists, and designers by understanding workflows.
  • Ability to work well in a rapidly evolving start-up environment and demonstrated passion for gaming.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to speak English and French.
