Are you looking for a job as an executive assistant in a damage insurance firm? Would you like to assist two Vice-

Presidents in various administrative tasks? This is a great opportunity.

Responsibilities :

  • Answer calls / e-mails and manage agendas, mail, supply and equipment orders, expense accounts, access management, etc ;
  • Plan and organize meetings, events (prepare materials, make room reservations, contact caterers, equipment, etc.);
  • Write reports and translate documents and revise all PowerPoint presentations with rigor;
  • Maintain up to date and complete human resources files and do follow-ups;
  • Ensure that the organizational charter of the teams is kept up to date;
  • Support team members in their needs and other related tasks;
  • Write and prepare reports as well as write documents and do follow-ups (make payments);
  • Make payments of invoices and complete payment requisitions;
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of the information and documents to be transmitted to the Board of Directors and to
  • the senior management member;
  • Contributing to budget management and participating in special projects;
  • Other related tasks.
  • Required :

  • D.E.C. or A.E.C. in administrative or secretarial techniques;
  • 10 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Experience in the field of finance (a definite asset);
  • Bilingualism and excellent translation skills (English to French and French to English);
  • Advanced level of knowledge of office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-mail
  • and calendar management (Outlook);
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients;
  • Strong organizational skills, time management and ability to adapt quickly to change;
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
