Answer calls / e-mails and manage agendas, mail, supply and equipment orders, expense accounts, access management, etc ;
Plan and organize meetings, events (prepare materials, make room reservations, contact caterers, equipment, etc.);
Write reports and translate documents and revise all PowerPoint presentations with rigor;
Maintain up to date and complete human resources files and do follow-ups;
Ensure that the organizational charter of the teams is kept up to date;
Support team members in their needs and other related tasks;
Write and prepare reports as well as write documents and do follow-ups (make payments);
Make payments of invoices and complete payment requisitions;
Ensure the quality and accuracy of the information and documents to be transmitted to the Board of Directors and to
the senior management member;
Contributing to budget management and participating in special projects;
Other related tasks.
D.E.C. or A.E.C. in administrative or secretarial techniques;
10 years of experience in a similar role;
Experience in the field of finance (a definite asset);
Bilingualism and excellent translation skills (English to French and French to English);
Advanced level of knowledge of office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-mail
and calendar management (Outlook);
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients;
Strong organizational skills, time management and ability to adapt quickly to change;
Discretion and confidentiality.
