We are seeking a mission driven Fulfillment Trainer to join our Outbound Fulfillment team! This position is a 13-14 month contract.
How does one (perfect) workday look like?
Reporting to the Manager, Outbound Fulfillment and working closely with the Fulfillment Team Leader, youâ€™ll spend the majority of your time training new Outbound Fulfillment team members and ensuring they are set up for success from their first day on the job.
Youâ€™ll teach them the basics of how to pick, pack and ship out orders, CL pending, receiving, returns and acceptance duties.
Youâ€™ll measure team performance, input performance data, assess training gaps and communicate actionable items to ensure everyone is achieving their goals.
Youâ€™ll also ensure all training, policy and procedure documents are compliant, up-to-date and communicated accordingly.
Youâ€™ll be the point of contact for all team members, fostering an environment of open communication and collaborating with the Fulfillment Leadership team in finding new ways to improve system and process efficiency.
As our Trainer, weâ€™ll also expect you to dedicate time to your own learning, brushing up on innovative training techniques, LEAN principles and general fulfillment practices.
