Health Standards Organization (HSO) is searching for a bilingual Program Resources Specialist, Assessment Programs to support project and stakeholder management and be responsible for the development of the Assessment Manuals for our programs.

Let’s break it down. Your responsibilities include :
Looking inward : You would engage with our internal business units to ensure proactive management of program deliverables with our clients.
Your project management skills will be key in ensuring the successful design and implementation of our programs : forecast necessary resources, plan the project and lead it.
Supporting our Program Manager, Assessment Programs, in engaging potential program partners, including licensing agreement development, program packaging and contract reconciliation.
Creating : You will play a critical role in the development and management of policies and procedures, as well as providing input to the project’s framework design, plans, risk assessments.
Crafting : You will be developing a variety of communications, including briefing notes, presentations and reports for your peers, senior management and external audiences.
You understand the art of making meetings participative and effective. You can set all the right coordinates for a meeting to take place and produce results.
Building rapport, both internally and externally : Engaging with others and coming to concensus comes naturally to you.

You have a unique history. Does it include the education and experience listed below?
A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, Healthcare, or related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of progressive and varied experience within project management and stakeholder management.
A proven ability to work under pressure while juggling multiple priorities and deadlines. You love to take on new and exciting projects.
Detail-oriented. You’ve heard this before, but we can’t stress it enough : the devil is in the details. You notice big and little mistakes.
Accountability and Ownership. We want to hear examples of times when you have stepped up, taken ownership and ran with it.
Tried and tested analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Outstanding interpersonal skills. This is key. You’ll be interacting daily with our clients as well as teams across the organization.
You can negotiate difficult circumstances with professionalism and tact.
Bilingual in French and English. Additional languages (Portuguese, Dutch or Arabic) a bonus.
Computer and software skills.
Comfortable to work in an agile environment and ability to problem solve.
Diplomacy and cultural sensitivity experience working with multicultural / international teams.

Experience in project proposal development.
Experience working with an enterprise resource planning application.
