The Position :
The Brand Advocate Analyst for assigned supplier brand is responsible for creating and executing the supplier project strategy, generating and presenting analytical data, and providing insightful digital content findings to propel the brand’s conversion online.
The Brand Advocate Analyst is also responsible for developing strong supplier relationships, executing against quarterly action plans and effectively communicating successes / progress within the account.
The Brand Advocate program is a unique vendor funded model that provides brands the ability to leverage dedicated in-house Home Depot Canada associates to perform and expedite white-glove content enrichment initiatives.
Responsibilities :
EXECUTE PROJECT STRATEGY
Complete data maintenance tasks in digital content systems to drive account strategy
Produce and track weekly, monthly and quarterly supplier specific status reports to communicate project status and track key metrics including add to cart, conversion rate, sales, views, enrichment, SEO Ranking against baseline
PRESENTATION DEVELOPMENT
Build power point decks to effectively communicate during engagement (e.g. kick-off, weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.)
Communicate effectively and confidently with suppliers and internal leadership
GENERATE ANALYTICAL REPORTING
Utilize test-control experimental group testing, heat mapping and other metrics to enhance prioritized supplier's presence on PIPs
Leverage online reviews and Q&A to drive improvements on supplier product pages
CATEGORY INSIGHTS & STRATEGY
Collaborate with merchant to gain understanding of the supplier and the line of business
Analyze supplier and department specific data in order explain trends, impacts and inform strategy
Build category knowledge to assist in identifying items and enrichments to prioritize in project work
Leverage online reviews and Q&A to drive improvements on supplier product pages
Promote supplier adoption for Q&A and future user-generated content programs
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :
Data analysis
Experience in Ecommerce, data management, process analysis and improvement
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Effective interpersonal and problem solving skills
Experience / Knowledge Required :
Internal Candidates : Must fulfill minimum time-in-position (1 year) and performance management code requirements (M+, Meets expectation, Consistently demonstrates).
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
Strong organizational, analytical and customer service skills
Positive, upbeat, can-do, professional and responsible attitude, independent and self-directed yet also team oriented
